Gibbs’ reflective cycle is a great model to use within teaching for the purpose of reflective practice. Using the different stages, teachers are able to evaluate their own practice to ensure we are always improving. This sheet is small document that can be given to staff during a CPD session on the topic of reflective practice or can be used for personal reflection.
